RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We make all of our products to order, so they are non-refundable.
If an item arrives broken, or is faulty, or we have made an error, please let us know immediately, and return the item. We will repair or replace it, and offer a refund if that is not possible.
You have responsibility for proofreading any engraving on the product, so please ensure that all details are correct.
SHIPPING INFO
Products are made and despatched within 5-7 working days, under normal circumstances. We experience very busy periods from time to time, when our lead-time extends to 10-12 working days, but we will tell you if this is the case, when you place your order.
If you require an order delivered sooner than 5 working days, this may be possible to arrange, at a 10% premium charge. Please contact us to discuss this.
Mainland UK deliveries are shipped by DPD next day delivery, but please contact us for delivery times elsewhere in the world.
